OUR MISSION

    Our program mission is to EDUCATE, ELEVATE AND EXCEL our youth to prepare for the next level in life. Our main goal is to EDUCATE on the process of going to the next level and to gain knowledge of what to expect during these transitions and how important the parent’s roles are in this transition from middle school to high school or high school to college or college to the Pros. 

   We focus on ELEVATING our youth’s footwork, fundamental skills and commanding their physical presence. Improving their leadership ability on and off the field. Targeting academic and sports performance. In the process also forming friendships, cultivating a community of belonging, and learning to better communicate with teammates. Off the field we will focus on L.I.F.E skills which stands for LEADERSHIP. IDENTITY. FINANCE. EXECUTION.

   Our team takes a lot of pride in giving back to our youth so that they are prepared and meet all requirements for the next level. They will EXCEL not just in sports but life after sports with our guidance and their commitment towards reaching goals. We are a testament to the trials and tribulations associated with lack of knowledge. With a proper road map they will be empowered to make better decisions. Alternatively, also being equipped with a plan A1  (Junior College) to get back on track to reach their goals. This is important information that both parents and youth need to know so they can EXCEL beyond expectations and never look back and wish they could have done it differently.
